ABOUT THE GROUP
Cross Hills has an active Patient Participation Group to work alongside the Practice to help share future developments and service improvements.
You can contact the group by the following email address crosshills.ppg@gmail.com or by using the PPG Postbox in the main waiting room at The Health Centre.
We are still keen to have representatives for the following groups - under 18s, ethnic minorities. If you are interested in finding out more please contact the group as above.
