Yellow Fever Centre

Cross Hills Group Practice is a designated Yellow Fever Vaccination Centre. This service is available to both registered patients and those registered at another Practice. This is not an NHS service and so there will be a private charge for the advice and vaccination, this is currently £55 (payable by cash or cheque only).

• Please give as much information as possible on the form you are requested to complete as we have to individually assess each request on clinical grounds.
• The normal time-scale for the Practice to review your request for this vaccination, once we receive your completed form, is 2 working days.
• Please note that the certificate is only valid ten days after the vaccination is given, so you will need to have this vaccination in plenty of time before you are due to travel.
